:: Cold Chicken Sandwich ::

Recipe:
Cold Roasted Chicken - diced, or shredded
Salt n Pepper
Mayonnaise
Tomatoes - Diced or sliced
Iceberg Lettuce or Salad
Cheddar Cheese
Bread

1. Dice chicken, prepare vegetables.
2. Mix the diced / shredded cold roasted chicken with mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
3. Spread bread with mayo.
4. Arrange veges, chicken and cheese on your bread.
5. Enjoy!

Chocolicious

I used to be a chocoholic.. Now, not so much.. Or rather, more selective of the chocolates I eat.. I think.. :P

Sepupu saya yang cantik lagi baik hati dah nak kahwin 24 Disember ni.. One of the items in her goodie bag to give away are these chocolates.. These are handmade.. Well, not exactly from scratch.. Tapi, ada personal touch laa.. :) She wanted minimum 1,000 casings of these chocolates, so I've decided to help out a bit..

I managed to do about 370 casings.. 1 casing has 2 chocolates.. so, 370 x 2 = 680 pieces of chocolates in the span of 2 weeks (tolak 5 hari sebab supply dah habis).. Rasa kagum jugak dengan diri sendiri.. Hehe..

These on the other hand, were requested by my sister-in-law for her niece.. Love the polka dots ribbon..

Rupa-rupanya ikat ribbon lagi jenuh dari buat chocolate.. Haha.. Nanti kena belajar teknik ikat ribbon yg mudah dan cepat tapi tetap cantik.. Huhu..

One of my BFF, Fahn got a surprised birthday cake from her friend at work. The name of the cake - Devil's Chocolate Cake. Few days later, she ordered the same cake from her friend just becuz she felt like eating. This was her what she ordered..

That looks ah-may-zingggg, is it not?.. Obviously I had to try it out.. Fahn gave me this link to look for the recipe, I gave it a go and this was the result..

Messy lah sikit ye.. Hehe.. Suka hati letak blueberries bersepah-sepah.. Ganache pun runny jek.. 

Mind you, this cake was hand-beaten, ok.. *Clap clap.. 

Err.. Please excuse the messiness.. It's still in the fridge, have yet to try it out.. Will be doing just that right after this.. Have a nice day, everyone..

Laundry Bag - repurpose

Got this freebie whilst attending a seminar few months back.. Laundry bag with a stand.. I prefer sturdier old styled basket to stash my dirty laundry.. So, I have no use of this as a laundry bag.. I do like the material, though... And the polkadotty design.. I guess the only fair thing to do is re-purposing! Unstitched the seams, took out my scissors and snip snip snip..

Misz.Lolly's Homemade Beef Patties

was craving to eat a good burger the other day.. one yummy, juicy burger.. Malaysian street burgers or burger jalanan as I so fondly call them, are great, provided you know which crib.. tapi banyak gak gerai burger yang takat aci masak jek burger.. tak kreatip, tak menepati citarasa langsung.. then there's the fast-food burgers which are good, but not quite meet my high-demand taste buds. then of course, there's the 'high-end' burgers served in high-end restaurants.. some are good, some so-so.. found one restaurant which serves good burgers, but then i have issues with the size.. too big, termengah-mengah nak habiskan..

dah susah sangat nak menepati kualiti piawaian, maka dengan penuh semangat waja, daku pun google arr resepi burger terhebat seantero dunia.. gile menggiurkan tengok gambar2 burger tu k.. tak caya cuba search 'homemade burger' pastuh klik google images.. hahah padan muka, kan dah drool depan pc.. :P

baca resepi macam esok nak exam spm jek.. sampai dah boleh buat rumusan... rumusannya adalah my own recipe of homemade beef patties.. call it misz.lolly's homemade beef patties.. hehe.. masuk ni, dah kali ketiga dah buat burger in the frame of 2 months.. each time, i alter resepi ikut sesedap rasa..

agak2 juicy tak juicy?

final product.. oh, yg nipis tuh nama die beef salami.. cap prisma.. keluaran bumiputera.. ada logo jakim.. so, insya Allah halal.. beli kat pasar tani kelana jaya..

haha.. roti burger dah abes, flat white bread pun hantam sajalah..



tgk dari sisi plak.. nih mmg meatarian punya burger... sayur yillek.. bukan sebab tanak letak, tp dah abes.. dalam fridge ada ulam pegaga, petai.. agak2 kalau taruk jadi apa tah ye?
